IDIBELL is looking for a Part-time Clinical Research Manager for the Peritoneal Surface Malignancy Unit

About the research group

The Peritoneal Surface Malignancy Unit of the CSI in Barcelona is a high volume regional referral center dedicated exclusively to the management of peritoneal surface malignancies and complex abdominal surgical oncology.

The unit is an active, high volume referral center for over 10 years with a wealth of accumulated clinical experience. These characteristics, along with the proven experience and track record in clinical and translational research of its surgical staff and leadership will ensure a high level of scientific productivity.

About the role

The successful candidate will participate first hand in several ongoing clinical and translational projects and will also have the opportunity to help initiate, design and set in motion new projects during the contract period.

Education and training

• Degree in Medicine
• Completed or currently in a surgical residency

Technical & soft skills 

• Basic knowledge of statistics applied to Medicine

Languages

•  Good command of the English language (level B2 or above)

Selection process

• Pre-selection: The pre-selection process will consist on an eligibility check based on qualifications and expertise reflected on the candidate's CV.
• Interview: Best positioned, pre-selected candidates may be called to arrange an interview. Candidates will be interviewed by the hiring manager and an ad hoc selection panel.
• Formal offer letter: Once identified, the Talent Unit will send a job offer to the successful candidate indicating start date, salary, working conditions, and any additional relevant details.
