IDIBELL is looking for a position as Research Assistant for the Cancer Immunotherapy Lab.
About the research group
The Cancer Immunotherapy Group at the Catalan Institute of Oncology and Biomedical Research Institute of Bellvitge explores new anticancer treatments based on oncolytic adenoviruses and other immunotherapies. Within this context we are creating a new line of research based on modified NK cells for cellular immunotherapy
About the role
Develop a new line of research focused on the design of new CARs (chimeric antigen receptors) for the treatment of cancer. This development includes the in silico CAR design, generation of viral vectors, modification of effector cells and validation in in vitro and in vivo models.
Job requirements
Professional experience
- Previous experience in immunology and genetic engineering
- Experience with Tcells or NK cells
Education and training
- Master degree in Biotechnology or similar
Technical skills
- Experience in preclinical models of cancer and in vivo models
- Lentiviral and retroviral production
Languages
- Good command of the English language

Selection process
